Class A and AA Class

The Class A level of play should be for Out Metro teams competing for the State. It is unfair to have a private schools like Breck, Blake or St. Thomas competing in Class A. Outside teams like Alexandria, New
Ulm, Litchfield, Hutchinson don't can a choose against the private metro schools. This needs to be re-organized
