Old, senile, SB. I know who he was referring to and I know why. I wouldn't watch UND unless they were playing a real team like BSU... :D

so now you are saying Pr will be out in the quarter finals?

If they play Hallock. Yes if they have to Play any of the Big 4 then No they don't win a game in sections. BIG 4 consist of Warroad EGF TRF or Bemidji.

Alot of what happens in the Sections have to do with which team is peaking at the end of the season. EGF, Bemidji, Park Rapids all seem going through tough periods right now. Warroad got on track at GF Central but got running timed by Roseau. TRF has played ok lately and if they can keep it close against Roseau win out at DL and EGF it can be said that they will go into sections on a high note. It will most definately be an interesting sections and we need to see the "Little Ralph" rocking.

And Bemidji has done what to garner a BIG 4 label?

^^^^^^^^^^ If UHL wasn't too out of shape to be a golfer I would say this is him. That and the fact that the grammar here is way too good... :D

1. Play a schedule that will set them up to win a few games.
2. Don't play a schedule filled with cream puffs
3. Elliott70 is on their side.
4. Have beaten TRF
5. And Because I say so and I'm a hockey genius.

my question is as of right now...where are Kittson, LOW and CROX going fall in the seeding...i can't quite figure out how i think they'll get seeded

If i had to pick the best of these 3, i would say CROX, but i dont think they'll recieve the highest seed

1. I highly doubt they'll win a playoff game.
2. PR plays teams they usually compete pretty evenly with, home and homes with Bemidji, TRF, and EGF would help.
3. Elliott is a great guy, but unless he can go back 50 years and strap the skates on I don't think he matters when the puck is dropped.
4. Who hasn't beaten TRF?
5. You make Suzy look smart... :D

8. LOW - Great goalie however!

EFG vs Crookston and LOW at KC

two pretty big games thursday night

If LOW wins against kittson, that will be the second time this yr they have beat kittson...i can't really believe kittson would be able to be seeded ahead of LOW even with their wins over PR and Crookston

When you seed the top teams, in this case the top 5 (Bem, TR, EGF, PR, War) you tend to look at who they beat.

When you seed the middle cluster, in this case Hallock, LOW, and Crox you tend to look at their losses and how they lost.

If so, what would you do knowing Hallock, LOW, and Crox have just traded off wins or ties between each other.

The Losses

LOW
9-1 to EGF
9-2 to Bemidji
4-1 to PR
4-3 to TRF
6-0 to Warroad
11-0 to Roseau

Hallock
6-1 to PR
8-0 to EGF
9-1 to TRF

Crookston
4-2 to TRF
5-2 to TRF
7-0 to EGF
2-0 to War
5-0 to War
4-3 to PR
3-1 to Bemidji
4-2 to Roseau

As of right now.

#1 Warroad
#2 TRF
#3 EGF
#4 Park
#5 Bemidji

after 5 its anyone

If EGF can beat TRF on tuesday i believe EGF will end up #2 seed. If EGF loses they could end up #4. Warroad will for sure get #1.

You can't vote with your heart.... The rules for seeding is quite simple if you talk to a coach that knows them. Head to head games carry the most weight by far... After that than they look at section wins and then strength of schedule. No way will TRF anf EGF be ahead of PR. PR beat them in head to head. Plus PR only has one section loss. The only team better than them is Warroad.
