When Denfeld beats Cathedral tonight there will be no question. Your best argument was for Breck who is by far a longer shot (and ranked behind LF) to make state than LF so don't tell me anything about assuming LF getting out of their section because they are by far more likely than Breck. None of the big three have to lose for LF to get the four seed. I don't even believe Cathedral has to lose for that to happen but I think they will. Thanks for the backup Angus.Goldy Gopher wrote:You are correct. With the correct combination of upsets it is possible for LF to get a top four seed. My problem is with people who are doing the exact opposite of what your point is and coming on here and saying that LF is already guaranteed a top 4 seed before they've even made it out of their section.AngusYoung wrote:Goldy, you may be right, but you may be a bit premature with your assertion. Let's say in Section 7, Hibbing beats Marshall; in 8, EGF beats Warroad; and in 4, somebody beats STA. Then who will your top 4 seeds be? My point is that wait until the field is set to start picking seeds.

I agree with you demon, but there is one thing Gosiak is going to have to do and that is stay out of the box, I think the other teams like to get into his head, and it showed last game, oh but I think LF does the same, because Apollo sure was in the box Alot!darkdemon wrote:I agree on the 2nd point but not the first. Here are little falls second and third line players Nelson who is a crack shot, Zack Laird who is a physical player and can put the puck in the net, Chris Sylvester the most underrated, very fast with an excellent shot and moves, Andrew Lange big physical kid with a good slapper, Jordan Gosiak another physical player sometimes plays Defensemen too, and Riley Hirsch average player needs to stop trying to play like his cousin cause his isn't as talented.bruce06 wrote:1.) I wouldnt really say that LF has more depth. I'd say the 3rd line for alex is much better than that of LF. LF is very top heavy. So if they are held in check. (yes they can be) alex will win. They rely so much on that one line. They are a very good line and if they go off alex wont be able to win. Defense, niether D is very good.
2.) Guarentee alex gets more than 15 shots.
Very well put Flipper, your right never did play hockey on a team, but back in the day we played on the outdoor rinks, and ask some people, I know you learn probably alot more outdoors, then you do in the arenas. Oh and that smell, thats from all the KRAUT!returnoftheflame wrote:hey PukePlayer, yeah that blood wasn't yours what was I thinkingGopherPuckPlayer wrote:Flamer go back and get some glasses, dude LF out played Apollo, and thats all there is to it, oh and well there might have been blood, but it was never mine.returnoftheflame wrote: How can I say they got lucky? easy they got lucky

I hope the floaters stink the place up like you do PukePlayer

Looks like PukePlayer has to have somebody do his thinking for him, there's a shockerGopherPuckPlayer wrote:I agree with you demon, but there is one thing Gosiak is going to have to do and that is stay out of the box, I think the other teams like to get into his head, and it showed last game, oh but I think LF does the same, because Apollo sure was in the box Alot!darkdemon wrote:I agree on the 2nd point but not the first. I agree .Marshall, Flamer is just bitter his precious otters aren't in the championship game.Marshall wrote:somebody get Flame outta here... his team has be shut down now hes pissed so hes annoying everyone in the room..
I agree With Stealth on almost everything he said, it seems to me hes an outsider (not from Alex or LF) and thats why he sees without biased.
