Before the last two years the 8AA winners were Bemidji and Moorhead. It really hasn't been a long domination from Elk River.

This Section will always have the luxury of kicking out the southern most team based on the rules.
Now, we need to have Warroad step up to AA which will knock out Northwright County. Which will always gaurantee a upnorth team to the state tournament.
How do you think 7AA likes Elk River in their section. Grand Rapids will probably still be the Section Favorite over their.
Who says there is no politics in section posturing.
