I dont think you can compare hockey and basketball -differant games . There are several players on pr's basketball team that could have been outstanding hockey players had they chosen that sport and not so the other way around. Anyone who has actual knowledge of these things knows this.Schedules,Coaching and many other factors lead to success or lack there of. 1 or 2 players can sometimes carry a team in hockey for instance, not the case in many other activities.

Don't know and don't care it's also not my decision..my question for you is why do you care? They may play a different class but their quota of A, AA and ND teams on their schedule are about exactly the same; last season they even played more class A teams than Warroad did.

Undercover Hockey Lover, that is something I've been wondering for some time. A team's section is a school's decision. It affects their post season and maybe 3 games, tops, during the season. Why do so many people have such strong opinions about which class teams they're not associated with are in?

Who cares about how many A or AA schools you play during the regular season, the goal of all schools is to go 6-0 in the AA playoffs or 6-0 in the JV playoffs. :)
But thanks for keeping track of the regular season, Iwill sleep better tonight.

I don't care as much as the people of Warroad should...I think the only thing holding them back is they'd rather have an easier chance for playing for something because they know they'd get thrown to the Wolves in 8AA and rarely make it...

Your statement about the regular season schedule really doesn't matter either because last season Roseau carried away the hardware in St. Paul...

Give any HS in northwestern MN a 6'10" 239# and a 6'2" ball handler and see who beats them.

Nice try, pumpkin head. :D

Actually, they live in Ham Lake, next door to my cousin and her husband, Spike. :D

Ham Lake is just north of the town of Centennial.

Shwag...I'm curious why do you think the people of Warroad or anybody else for that matter should care what you think?

No town of Centennial Elliot

Ham Lake is just north of Blaine.

Centennial High School is actually on the very east end of Blaine.
It include kids from east blaine, circle pines, lexington, lino lakes, and centerville.

A little geography lesson. I guess.

PR will lose 2 games this year.
Both at home.

One on January 24th and one on Feb 5th.

Hate to say it, cause I think it's cool when a team goes undefeated, but those are the facts.
Lay off what UHL is smoking, good buddy...

Here's a bit of trivia for you? Name the last team to beat PR at the Community Center..

History is just history.
Sports are full of stories llike the last time a team lost at home, etc.
I'm not talkin about history.
I'm talkin about the future.
This topic is about if and when PR will lose.
I'm giving you my opinion on it.
I'm predicting two losses.

I guess We'll see soon enough.
Besides, what is UHL smokin'
Maybe we could all use some.

Hey elliot and mancurve,
I was commenting on the statement that hockey in pr has the best athletes and that is simply false IMO. There are a couple but most as i stated earlier there are prolly 4 guys that i have seen that would have made great hockey players or anything as far as that goes and maybe 2 on hockey that would be good enough to have played basketball. I do not wrestle i have not seen them but i have seen hockey and basketball. i also dont think pr has a 6-10 guy but i will watch for him if i get a chance.
