I'll be curious to hear after the 'jacks practice tonight what their roster looks like for tomorrow's game. It sounds like they are very, very beat-up....barely enough healthy skaters to field both a varsity and JV line-up for tomorrow. If that is the case, it's too bad that this is the game that FOX will be showing.

One of their better JV players is having ACL surgery today... So that makes 6 total off Varsity & JV. All forwards. They started the year with 17 total forwards.

Let's hope they don't cancel school again up north tomorrow...

They could still play. There was a Rapids-Greenway game once on a school cancellation day.

The IB (Injury Bug) is hitting the Jacks at the wrong time.

I have a feeling that TJ will be on the ice when the puck is dropped, he's a gutsy player and brings his game every night, especially against East! It's huge getting Karlsson back for this game. if Cloquet has everyone on this line healthy they can win but, it won't be easy overcomming the loss of their other injured players. this should be a great game. Best FSN match-up this year.

quickgym-guy:
I'm not sure he will be back and don't have any inside information, just going by the info on Lumberjacks last post.

That's really too bad to hear about the injury situation for Cloquet. They are a very good team when they have a full team and to play Duluth East, who is playing very well right now, without a full cast will be challenging. It will also be a shame for those who haven't had the opportunity to see Tyler Johnson play - he is a special player (my vote for Mr. Hockey) - and really makes everyone around him better. I wish everyone speedy recoveries and hopefully will get a chance to see them play in the state tournament.

I'm assuming that Esse is playing it close to the belt until gametime.

see "them" play? don't be too
sure the jacks will be in the state tourney...east wants to play them tomorrow WITH TJ and everyone else, otherwise all we will here if
the hounds win is they won because of the injuries...

Tyler Johnson is out 6-8 weeks with a broken collarbone. This is really bad news.

the way CEC is banged up and the way leis played against chaska i could easily see duluth east winning.

Forecheck, He just went to the doctors today. He found out today about his collarbone. He, They, Everyone thought it was a separation or a bruise but that was all assumptions because he hadnt been to the doctor yet. Why would anyone make up news like that. So you can say what you want to say but you can wait and see yourself. Broken Collarbone 6-8 weeks. personally i dont know if you can heal faster than that but that is what was said.

That deeply cuts into Cloquet's chances for a state birth.
