How many teams in 8A and surrounding communities have a winning record?

seems to be a few northern schools that through some miracle find teams that are mostly over .500 to fill their schedule. I know its hard to look past Bagley (no offense) and the Sisters of the Poor, but someday, maybe PR could look around a bit.

Oh thats right, none of the good teams will play them.

Start the list of teams over .500 that they SHOULD schedule then...

I'll be waiting...

It was a very good game.

Tolle (sp?) played very well.

Ritchie (?) the PR goaltemder did not amke any mistakes. To his credit he went after and froze the puck when ever it was nearby.

Knapp and Winkler worked very well together.
The first line was hard to control. Lehrke is like quicksilver.

But TRF played very well.

The point in the game that turned. A lose puck just inside PR's blueline. TRF was the lead horse in the chase for the puck. PR's goalie mad teh decision to go after it and went. He got enough of it to knock it away. Fortunately it went the opposite direction of the TRF trailer or things may have gone different.

PR kids were excited about the win as they should be, but they know they were in a game.

Section play-offs should be fun.

Neither team went off the ice hugging the other team. To everyones credit nothing got out of hand.

Do not remember seeing PR's third line at all. And we were watching line matches pretty close.

Gothberg looked bad on one of the goals.

It was a fun game - packed house.

Good coffee.

:D

We had a nice conversaton.

Spoke with Mr. Knapp, also.

BSU was there watching Zach Lehrke, of course.

McMorrow did not play but is doing better I was told. Will sit a game or two more, but should be fine and back before sections.

Yes, Mark Smith. I should have remembered that.

PR Wins!

I picked up this game on the radio. Congrats to PR!

For all the naysayers who seem to still find some reason to critisize their schedule, etc.

Perhaps, you could give them credit for putting together a team of this caliber from a small town?

I believe it was #3.
From outside, a slap shot from Lehrke. High on the glove side. Gothberg was deep in the net and close to the pipe. With Lehrke it is tough to know when and from where a shot may come (He sees the ice.)

But if he is going to be the #1 in the section, he needs to play that shot better. Of course what he was gettingfrom Lehrke up to that point were low hard shots on the stickside.

It was a good shot, good goal. But Gothberg did not give himself a chance.
He played well, though.
Unless he's playing with Sydney Crosby, PR isn't going to beat TRF- So what's the difference?
SB, Here is another one of your misguided thoughts.... I bet when you played hockey, you were a "Legend in your own mind"..... You should Man-Up and admit that PR might actually have something this year.
