NHL Central Scouting mid-term rankings has Ness as #35 in North America. My hats off to him, that makes him the second highest draft eligible Minnesotan. I'd tell you who the Minnesotan that was ranked thirteen spots ahead of him but that would only start an argument. And you know me, I hate to stir the pot.

I would take ten circlewatchers over one 43 on here. I think 43 is actually from Farmington and was cut his Senior year. I can only assume his hate for Ness is because, Ness stole his girlfriend.

i here ya angus. the truth is i love roseau and roseau hockey but i still have a brain. id like to think that i can tell when i see a real player. theirs alot "hype" that goes on around certain players and i usually can spot those out and say ya he may play some college if hes lucky and lands in the right place for himself. the fact is if i see a great player i dont care where hes from i would stand up for that kid when hes being run down by people in my opinion who couldn't spot a hockey player at an nhl allstar game. i know this whole thread has just gotten rediculous and people are tierd of hearing ness this and ness that. im not the one that started these threads but i do think he is the best high school player in the state and i will write my opinion that way. as for the 35 i think thats at 23 now and the other minnesota player rated higher is in college i dont think that is the same. lets put it this way ill be suprised if ness doesnt go in the top tweenty in this years draft. now if theirs another player playing hs right now thats better than that feel free to let me know id like to watch him play. so if your smarter than the nhl scouts on picking talent maybe you should consider the job ive heard its good bennies and pay. now neutron if you dont like the word dumb smarten up alittle in your hockey knowledge. maybe i could teach you hockey and you could teach me grammer

I don't mind being called dumb anymore than I mind being called a citiot. Lash out if it makes you feel better! Ness this and Ness that? Really? Theres alot of good players in the state and Ness is towards the top. People just won't leave it at that, and have to have their player be THE best. Its stupid. Threads thats are all about chest pounding will be met with resistance. Or jealousy if you will.

We've all seen can't miss high school superstars flame out in college before, and we'll see it again. Just be happy you were around for the opporunity to witness the "now".

I genuflect every time I hear Aaron Ness's name!

Ness isnt going to dominate College hockey his first year but in his second to third year he will start to.
