I think lourdes will beat west and they will get the 4th seed. Even though little falls beat them they play a more difficult schedule and would get the 4 seed. Also I dont see fergus beating alex on saturday, Im looking forward to the little falls alex final. hopefully a good one
Once again, Lourdes played a tough schedule but where are the exceptional wins at that make them stand out from LF? Especially since LF beat Lourdes.

How do you say Lourdes throttled breck when the score was 5-4

The same way that Breck doesn't have any wins against good teams.

That can't be considered an advantage when you have no wins against any good teams and several losses against very questionable teams. How about I coax a team into scheduling all the powerhouses every game and pull out three wins. Give me a break. Rochester Lourdes throttled Breck by the way. Mankato West, LF and Breck and Blake have about the same amount of quality wins.
NO WINS AGAINST ANY GOOD TEAMS?!
I guess St. Thomas really isn't that good this year.
West's strength of schedule is 119.
So everybody who is involved in making the rankings that have West above Little Falls is wrong, and you are right?
St. Thomas got throttled by Duluth Marshall, but we've already determined that they're not a good team so in your logic St. Thomas probably shouldn't be ranked either.
I never said one word about DM or STA because they are locked 1 and 2. Breck's win over STA is exceptional but I think the losses to Rochester Lourdes, who LF beat, and Concordia Academy pretty much blank that out a little bit.

dherman I dont understand where your getting your info from. Breck's win against STA not quality. or vs blake.

Show me where I specifically said it wasn't quality?

Lourdes is not a bad team. They're not great but that loss does not contribute to blanking out the STA victory. Concordia Academy is a team that they shouldn't have lost to but Sauk Rapids is a team that Little Falls shouldn't have lost to either.

I respect that and it would have held more if you picked the Virginia loss. That was a bad one. I'm just trying to prove all the quality wins minus the bad losses some of these teams are so close. I'm out until tomorrow.

I was waiting for that one to be thrown out there. I never specifiacally mentioned it because I knew it was coming. You gave me one instance.

It doesnt matter if it is one instance or not. You said no good wins against any good teams and STA is a good team and Breck beat them.
Enough said

I was using that point for Breck and Blake and I was using it for showing my plan of the heardest schedule ever. When you schedule a load of good teams you need to have more than one win against them. I'm just saying it sounds like you are giving teams crowns just for playing tough games. Why can't we all just be friends?????

Oh, so much I could do with that but I'll leave it alone.
At least until I get back from work....

I'm ready for you to bring it and continue this tomorrow. It just kind of seems to me like you said Breck is behind LF in the rankings too. There is a reason for that. Just keep picking on my little mishap about Breck over STA. It makes you look intellectual.

Mound Westonka beat Lourdes, FF beat Mound Westonka 7-2. I know, means diddly, but I though it was interesting.

Haha i'm laughing so hard. So because the Vikings beat the Giants and the Giants beat the Patriots in the Super Bowl, does it mean the Vikings are better than the Patriots and the best team in the NFL?

All this discussion is good fodder for the folks that believe the seeding of the top four teams is a mistake. Sounds good in theory, but in practice, it's difficult in particular when coaches know so little about other programs, sections, etc. Again, I see the top three likely seeds, but those are locked only if those particular teams even make it out of those sections. A premature discussion until the field is set.

I hope after this season Apollo gets moved out of this section for we won't have to listen to that dumb Gopher bring his two cents into this thread

Maybe he can go bother somebody else
I like both my otters and apollo to win on saturday, but after listening to that dumb gopher I'm leaning more towards the floaters winning. Maybe that will shut him up a bit
