Not laughing at you, well maybe alittle. Just can`t believe how coaches or an organization will tolerate this type of behavior from their parents.

You seem to be blaming a whole organization because of one idiot. I don't think MG has a monopoly on wacko parents, they seem to be scattered about many of the AAA teams. This is where the other parents need to step in, the coaches on the bench really don't know what's going on up in the crowd.

Sounds like the other way around.... Sounds like plenty want to come back north from the Legacy, Blades and Machine.
They will be VERY strong next year.

Relax HD41, nothing was implied, it was a joke. I have no inside info as to what kids are staying or going, or who will make the team for that matter. I am just saying that as kids move from team to team, you never know what passionate parents are going to be sitting beside you next year. And just because a dad is screaming at the ref about a bad call does not mean he is yellling at his kid on the way home. I always worry about the quiet guy who possibly has a bunch of pent of frustration and then explodes on his kid in the car. You just never know.

I don't think it's right to single out one person on here and call him wacko or idiot, especially the one you are talking about. I got to sit by him all season and he is a great guy and father. I hope I am able to sit by him next year or better yet, him helping on the bench coaching my son.

Since we're back at tryout time for the "non-Blades/Machine" programs, any new thoughts on the other up and coming program in the Metro?

It depends on what side of the cities you speak of, but the numbers that came out to Legacy were impressive and they have two new directors that are doing a great job with growing the program.

So has MG been on the receiving end of any of the movement between the top teams, or did they just lose players?

There will be movement north--- at the 00, 01, 02, and 03 levels. Older teams to be revamped in some cases, bolstered in others. Plenty of 03's have fell out the Minnow Bucket. Sources and specifics remain anonymous, so as not to have topic fall victim to Bermuda Triangle.

If you are asking me, I have no idea. I was responding to an earlier post.

I have heard both Lucius brothers are going to the Blades next year for the Brick and a Lucia kid from Northern Wings/Hermantown might also. Anyone else here this?

Congratulations all around. Just one question. There is a lot of talk lately about kids getting burned and overall association numbers being down. Is eight tournaments for the '03 team a little excessive? There's only, what, 12-14 weekends in a summer and there's a holiday or three included in there. I'm not trolling. This is a serious question.

Those results are for both the Miracle Gold and Miracle Black teams at the 03 level.

Is the MG 03 going to continue to be the hope of the north now that they lost their high scoring tandem?

Perhaps the Legacy will be the new great hope of the north...or did they lose their high scoring tandem too?
