How can a team with a
12-0 record only 2 weeks into the season
not be #1?!?! This is a tragedy like none I've ever seen!

How do you have a 12-0 record 2 weeks into the season?
It was a typo on the Fox site at the time I posted it... Not quite as funny now that they've corrected it.

Kind of like most things with you.

Whereas in your case, it's seldom funny to begin with.

The kiddies are trying to talk me into taking to them game tomorrow night against Apple Valley, but it's homecoming, and parking sucks, and I don't like talking to the other parents, and I had to wait in line through the entire 1st quarter to get a Coke when I went last week, and it's a whole ordeal...
And I'll probably fold like a cheap suit and end up going tomorrow. Dammit.

Well looks like another
shootout in St Paul tonight as Govs boys rumble with NSP
Meanwhile # 8 ranked

Rogers will travel to St. Michael to take on the Knights...

It's not in St. Paul... it's in North St. Paul.
So rather than shooting you, you'll likely suffer a vicious beating from a rusty axle Polar fans have laying around their yards.

Ya ever been to NSP "Crazy Days" in the spring? You'd think you were in the middle of Podunk Kentucky walking around there. It's a street fesitval that draws a few thousand people, and there are probably a total of about 6 teeth in bunch.
Where are ya, GopherWild? Trying to lure you out here...

Don't they hold the record for residents that have been on the Jerry Springer Show?

Yeah, and they were all related.

Rogers 23
St. Michael 7
4-0 baby!
Sadly that is 3 more wins than my entire HS career there. I'd really like to be playing for them now...

This week, Wayzata gets the kind of matchup that sent
PB off on a rant last season (rightfully so)... Minneapolis North.
As bad as it was last season, I'm guessing it's going to be far worse this year. Wayzata is ranked in the Top 100 nationally, and North is 2-2 in the boofin' Minneapolis City Conference.
I don't know what the plan is for next season, but Wayzata has to fix this... Put Johnson on the schedule or something.

Hey, look! It's
East Side Pride Plaza!
(sort of)
They even have slushies
(BYOT... bring your own tequila)! Rogers and Wayzata don't have slushies!

Couple things I found interesting and funny here.

"Bring blankets for prime seating on the hill"

The undefeated Rogers Royals will take on Zimmerman this Friday at 7pm to go 5-0 this should push them up to... IDK #6?? in the AP rankings just a guess.
Govs team Johnson takes on Humboldt
after they fill their bowl of course this sat. at 1pm

"Bowl" as in "Prep Bowl"... I think you're failing to understand the significance here. This is the start of big big things for this team.
Look for the lower
bowl of the Metrodome to be full of Governors on November 29, with the Wayzata Trojans serving as the undercard the day before!
