3 of the 4 teams left are "southern". When can we move the venue to a spot closer to where the majority of the talent is?

GR3343 wrote:No excuses. Keys to the game for GR were to get off to a fast start & keep the pressure on. They got the fast start, but only played in spurts thereafter. Keys for Flake were to slow GR down, get solid goaltending & play physical. Check, check & checkmate. It was definitely an upset, so congratulations to Flake. Since there weren't too many GR fans on here pumping up their tires, it'd be nice to see others show some class, congratulate Flake & stop with the piling on.

Side note : The injured GR player is still in the hospital in intensive care. Thoughts & prayers with him and his family.
What happened to the injured player? Hope he is ok..

Nice game by FL. Totally different looking team than we saw earlier in the year. Well skilled and hard working. Rapids continued their tight game tendecies of giving the opponent way too much space, not sustaining a forecheck, thus FL was able to get out of their end easily all night. I still think Rapids is a better team when Jake Bischoff is back on D where he can shut down opponents and still create scoring opportunities for his line-mates. Hopefully he is OK as he was run hard into the boards at the end of the game. Please keep Curtis Simonson in your thoughts and prayers for a healthy recovery.

I don't think it's directed at the majority of fans from GR. One of your fans likes to pump the tires so to speak and I think it is all directed at him.

Haven't heard anything new. I'm sure someone will post an update when more is known.

Do you hear yourself think? Majority of the talent? How many Mr. Hockey candidates do your Southern team have? How many state appearances in the last 20 years? Get a clue.

Got a bite!

Depends on your definition of grad. And college for that matter.

He was released from the hospital yesterday. Best wishes for a healthy recovery.
