You said centennial was on the worse side of it, i simply took that to mean that centennial was being cheapGophyFan18 wrote:I don't recall saying that anywhere. I just thought it was a chippy game.

You asked if I was mad Blaine lost. I did think Centennial had a few more cheap shots in there, but both teams had their shots. But putting that behind us, it was a pretty dang good game. Lots of quality scoring chances for both sides.Bash Brother wrote:You said centennial was on the worse side of it, i simply took that to mean that centennial was being cheapGophyFan18 wrote:I don't recall saying that anywhere. hockey talk1 wrote:The centennial fsn streak will continue. Hanna will probably play poorly again and if not he will still let in 4-5 goals. Blaine gets its revenge in a 5-3 home win and another conference championship.

They should have won the last meeting at Centennial but some poor goal tending was the biggest reason for that loss. Thursday should be a fun one with the Bengals coming out on top at Fogerty....

I don't need to say anything, these boys have said enough...hockey talk1 wrote:The bengals are playing the best hockey they've played all year. They will win 4-3, 4-2. They should've won the first game they played. They had some bad breaks on defense and missed a couple easy goals. They will not lose this one at home.

And just like I said, it's just like I say!slapshooter wrote:It was a great game to watch!
Spent the 3rd period of the JV game chattin' with Jack Hanna and I
think I threw him off just enough to pull the victory!
Nice young man Jack is, and a fine netminder at that!
Got a kick out of Jordan Singers (#12) play too!
The guy's got some play in him as does the rest of Centennials team!
The Spuds did some fine penalty kills throughout, especially when they were down against a 5 on 3 that Centennial failed to take advantage of!
It was a dogfight in the 3rd!

HAHAHA sorry to see it didn't work out the way you predicted....the bengals were as OVERRATED as I thoughtBIGSEXY wrote:Give me...
Bengals 4
Cougars 2
Beaudette scores 2 along with one from Lynch and Schaber. Singer gets 2 for Centennial but the continued good goaltending for Blaine gets the W.
Easy there Chico, It was another good game for both teams.TheCentennialCinco wrote:So much for that hi powered offense that Centennial couldnt handle. What one goal. Both goalies played well but Blaine's coach gave Centennial the motivation it needed by saying Centennial couldnt man up with Blaine and that Blaine was way more talented.
TheCentennialCinco wrote:Hey your just bitter we beat you on your own ice in Elk River. And the only reason you get to state so much is your sections blows compared to ours. We have four top ten teams in our section its insane. Yes it was a good game but the refs were even for both sides its not like Blaine didnt have there chances on a 3 on 5 power play and some others.
Umm, I don't think that makes any sense. If it does, can you fill me in here?TheCentennialCinco wrote:Hey your just bitter we beat you on your own ice in Elk River.
I was wondering the same thing. He probably knows something we don't, he appears to be very inteligentGophyFan18 wrote:Umm, I don't think that makes any sense. If it does, can you fill me in here?TheCentennialCinco wrote:Hey your just bitter we beat you on your own ice in Elk River.
You don't have to be a weatherman to see which way the wind blows. In general I think the officiating has stunk this year. I don't like the way the games are being called now. Takes the flow away and makes it a game of special teams. Let em play!!inthestands wrote:Both teams played a great game.
It's too bad there are always a few that like to place blame on the officials.
Unless you can speak from experience calling a HS game on the ice, your opinions aren't worth much.
Kudos to both teams, and good luck.
To whom are you referring here Chico?TheCentennialCinco wrote:Hey your just bitter we beat you on your own ice in Elk River. I'm sure her parents are very proud....Wildhockey99 wrote:Anyone else notice right before the game started they showed some of the Blaine fans (mostly girls) and one was flashing her bra? Then the camera went the other way and came back again and she was still flashing.
