I have heard that EP's tall lefthanded pitcher (dominator) tore his ACL, anybody know if this is true.

I would have to agree with George Blanda on the toughest AA conference being the West Central North. Paynesville, Cathedral, and Melrose are all in the top 10 in the coaches polls. Any thoughts on who will take the AA crown?

There were about 10 pro scouts in the stands watching the JM/Mayo baseball game yesterday, I assume they were there to watch Tyler Rank a 6'4" 230lb Mayo Senior P/C. He verbally committed to Nebraska, but he should get drafted in the first 10 rounds of the upcoming MLB draft.

Thanks for the update. I have trouble finding baseball scores. They are not as available as hockey scores.

Can't de-commision it, unlike the boys of winter, the boys of spring have actually been to state and in 1995 they even did the unimaginable. However, that being said, a spell in drydock seems to be in order.

Well the AA rankings are sure to change after Paynesville smoked Melrose something like 13-2 yesterday.

Paynesville is out of the top 10...they'll be back in. That'd be four teams from the West Central North in the top 10. That's not a bad little number.

Don't mind seeing cathedral up there at number three. Must keep in mind that rankings are only rankings and it's hard to compare Winona Cotter to Roseau when they never get to play.

Hockey players playing baseball? Cathedral's Steve Rindelaub is the best fielder in Central Minnesota. Also went 3 for 4 yesterday with a homer and 4 RBI in an 11-7 win over Long Prairie.

...there is doubt...?

I'm sorry. The best fielder in Central MN is Alex Naujokas.

I see a lot of baseball. Even more than I see hockey. And Rindelaub IS, WITHOUT A DOUBT, the BEST fielder in central Minnesota.

Shortstop...quickest release I've seen from a High school shortstop in some time.

Also just figured out how to bat...hit about .700 last week with a couple of home runs.

He's flat out nasty. I don't know what grafskater1919 has been smokin.
