Two of the best squirts that we played against were Rushin and Hunt. I think one was Edina and the other was Jefferson. They had incredibly hard shots and we would have 2-3 guys limping around the bench when we played them. Anybody know if they played in college or beyond.
I'll take a couple blind guesses. Hunt is probably Dave Hunt from Edina West. I believe he played HS golf as well. There is a Dave Hunt on hockeydb.com that shows at Maine in the very early 80s.

A Rushin from Bloomington may be the older brother of the Sports Illustrated guy that married the basketball player. Rebecca Lobo? Not sure. Anyway, there is a Rushin on hockeydb.com that played at Providence.

Shots in the dark, but these may be the guys you played against.

The others you mentioned are certainly stars.

I think it is important to note that I'm not trying to take a look at guys that played in college and then looking back to remember that they were good Squirts. I'm trying to look at who the greatest Squirt was and then looking forward to see what happened to them.

What :?
