Swanson, Fiala, Villneauve,Pasma, and the last goal was a tip on Galloway's shot. Didn't stick around to see who got it.

Collette kept the Bears in it. The Moorhead forcheck gave the Bears fits all night.

Alex Altenbernd was the spuds best player today. Good player.

Josh Hauswirth was the best WB d-man today. I thought he had a great game.

SEC Scotty...

I will agree with you on most of what you've just said...

but i dont think Galloways shot got tipped...the goalie got a peice of it and the momentum took it into the net...(sorry dont mean to be picky)

also i will agree with the fact the Hauswirth played the best D...

but i was a little shocked because he didn't seem to get the same amount

of ice time as some of the other D!!!

You may be right on the OT winner. I was on the opposite end of the ice.

White Bears defense looked gassed by the 3rd period. With the game Friday night and Moorhead's relentless fore check that wasn't surprising. The Bears had a 5-3 lead with 5 minutes to go.

Moorhead has very good team speed. Ammerman was good on D but I was really impressed with Jason Strand. #8

The Villneauve, Wolter, Sura line outplayed Theilen's line most of the night.

It was the first time I have seen Wolter and he is very good with the puck, and made a nice setup on WBL's first goal.

Just curious. The Pioneer Press listed Abrhamson as the goalie for White Bear. Is that a misprint?

That's a misprint. They're about as good as the Fargo Foolem (Forum)!

Not a mis-print.

Probably because that's the way Sager works his goalies in back-to-back games. Especially early in the season.

Unless Abrahamson only played the first period you're wrong wbmd. Collette played the two periods I saw (2nd and 3rd) and he made some pretty huge saves, including two breakaways with rebounds i believe...

I'm just going by different publications and on-line services that shows Abrahamson was the goalie for the entire game.

Owen Collette played the whole game. Last year Sager played all the goalies...but when Faust was there he played all the games. Time will tell what his rotation will be. My hats off to Owen... he has had a great recovery from his surgery and I think he will just keep getting better as the season goes on. I think the Bears will have a better season than most are predicting.

Thanks for clearing that up.

I hope abrahamson gets in a little and it isn't completely the Owen Collette show. Everyone deserves to see a little varsity action.
