Tough loss for GR. They battled hard, but come up on the short end of the stick. I thought Underwood looked good in goal, even though he would have looked better in blue and gold

Great game by the Rapids goalie, any chance to beat Edina starts with great goaltending.

Sounds like it was a barn burner with the Hornets getting a game from the Rapidly Declining Thunderstruck juveniles. A game that a mere handful of metro cidiots have yet to match against the mighty Hornet Juggernaut of the 2007-2008 variety. Looks like the head honcho of the tribe faithful rolled his youth out against the tied for number 1 club and gave the beast from the south an enjoyable game for the fans out at Braemar to take in.
A game to make the blue crew out at Shep's a bit proud.

Bob, did you write this one?

The Edina Hornets won possibly their toughest game of the year with a 3-2 win over Grand Rapids.

A tough game, yes. Toughest?

Down a goal late playing in a hostile environment the Hornets needed a goal in the last two minutes plus overtime to get past Burnsville.

Props to Grand Rapids for playing them close.
