So are people thinking that Jefferson will upset edina in sections. I think that is a long shot. Edina is to strong and the jags are so young. I was just reading what people are putting down..

agreed, dont get me wrong I think if any team could take down the Hornets it would be Jefferson, but thats all it is.

Edina has state experience, and won a section title. As a former HS player I can tell you having experience playing at state is a HUGE helper. Also, the Jags are VERY YOUNG. In two years they will stomp that section no doubt in my mind, but for now they are building.

Also, say it came down to those two in the finals. On the big sheet you have to skate with Budish and Everson, HA!

On the counter-arguement, what always used to scare me about playing jefferson was the big sheet. They are bred to win on it, they are the best team players IN THE CITIES traditionally that I have seen and played against. I can wait to see this play out!

And everyone is starting to do exactly what Burnsville wants...they are forgetting about the Blaze.

I don't believe Edina and Jefferson would play on the big sheet. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought the section tournaments would be played at the same sites as in the past, regardless of the new section alignments. So sections 5 and 6 would still play at Mariucci while sections 2 and 3 will be at the Coliseum.

Does anyone know for sure?
