White Bear Lake played like a team ready to win for the first half of the game and sure enough they were winning. They absolutely dominated Hill for the first 10 minutes of the 2nd period. The score at the time was 3-1 (one goal for WBL was an own goal where a Hill defensemen cleared the puck off a Hill leg into his own net). WBL deserved that score as they were working really hard and Collette played very well. Then a switch got turned, not sure if it was the third goal, something said on the bench or a lucky bounce on the second Hill goal, but they came alive. And all of a sudden they had the lead by the end of the period. White Bear got the start they needed and just didn't have the legs to skate the entire game with Hill. I still say this Bears team will be very dangerous in sections. I am happy my Pioneers didn't win in another cake walk, because they need some games where they have to come from behind and win. Good luck the rest of the year Bears fans and we'll see you in sections...

Hill fans, where were you last night? We had about 40-50 students from WB at the game, but HM had no student section whatsoever.
