Any truth to the rumors that all 3 may opt to the USHL next season?
Again, anything on this front?

Can we please lock all Edina posts so the rest of us can have a Hornet-free spring summer?
All in favor?
The title of the thread is '08-'09 hornets.......what did you think you were clicking?????? Are you a glutton for punishment????
Or did you expect this to be an NBA thread.
You should click on the Aaron Ness thread, I heard it is about time travel

Watch yourself....

I have to think that Edina will be the favorite going into next year, w/ defection to Juniors being their only problem looming... Just too much great talent returning...
Jeferson will also be good, Linq has a good squad coming back next year w/ a lot of talent there...
Hill should be strong as always...
Roseau, AHA, Burnsville & Eden Prairie should also be good teams, but not great... I will be missing many, not sure how good East or Rapids will be next year...

2 of the 3 are football players and the other one is going right to Harvard as a true Freshman. I'd be surprised if any of them or Baker, Regan or Gaarder opt for juniors either.

Interesting quote about a teams ability to win the State Tournament in the Star Trib from Edina's former coach, Willard Ikola.
Edina routinely ran three lines with the talent spread throughout.
"You're not going to win without three lines," Ikola said.
