I agree with Papa Bergundy, Holl should fill that hole in the U line up, assuming he continues to progress over the next couple of years.
I agree wholeheartedly that the Gophs have to find a better balance in recruiting the defensive Dmen and the offensive Dmen (ie the Sioux), and it sounds like this Holl kid could be a great fit as that defensive wall defensemen needed for balance...

We are forgetting some kids that will compete at the D positon in the next couple of years...

Didn't Schmidt have his offer revoked?

Thank you sir...
I was wondering what may have happened to Martel, after not hearing any news about him, and then all the other Dmen signings that the Gophers were doing... seemed like an odd man out situation for Martel...

Thanks for the update

Had actually heard that about Schmidt but who knows the real story. Heard that during the Duluth summer tourney.

Martel is going to a better program at Ohio State considering the current Gopher regime. I hope we get another Sars tirade on FSN again this winter, that guy lays it out straight no B and no S. Sars is a mans man all the way. Best wishes to Mr. Martel at Ohio.

Yes he is going to the U, and he is going to his senior year of high school if that is in question.
