Roseville 5, Edina 1
A bit of a surprise, at least to me and 6 others here. Roseville goalie Erika Allen had a heck of a game, stopping 46 of 47 shots. Roseville managed 38 shots of their own, which must be the most Edina's given up in any of their games so far this season.
antagonist adds another point and now has 5. Three others (Silent But Deadly, hansonbrother and capitalist) are right behind with 4 points each. Your friendly moderator now needs a couple of correct scores to get back in this thing.

Just saw this, explaining that Roseau's star player has an injury which prevented her from playing in their game against EGF:

(but I agree with Roseau's coach who says having just one player out should not change the outcome)
Maybe…but it’s a lot easier to attack when you don’t have to defend.
...and with Ness you do have to defend

Shots were 23-19 until the last minute or two, then a SSM flurry. I'm sure the Mtka coach had his reasons for the goalie situation.

Crookston 3 Roseau 2

Another upset tonight as Crookston knocks off a struggling Roseau 3-2. The Pirates scored the winning goal with just under a minute to go.
In tonight's other game Warroad handled East Grand Forks, winning 6-0. Silent But Deadly managed to predict this score - his second of the week - demonstrating that this was no fluke [

] - thus adding the extra point. This enables SBD to stay even with Antagonist, who had correctly identified the winner in every game this week until tonight's upset win by Crookston.
hockeyheaven, hansonbrother and capitalist are just one point behind with 5 points each and, with 4 games to go, are very much still in the running.

Tonight's scores:
Benilde-St. Margaret's 5, Totino-Grace 1
Minnetonka 2, Blake 1 OT
Minnetonka's Laura Bowman scored her second goal of the game at 4:08 of OT for the win.
Perhaps just as amazing is that Antagonist got the scores of BOTH games tonight correct, netting 4 points to pull ahead of the rest of the pack (it just MIGHT be a good time for Antagonist to buy a lottery ticket). mnhkylvr got the BSM-Totino score right and yours truly correctly predicted the Minnetonka-Blake score, but alas it was not enough

to keep pace with Antagonist (just who is this guy/gal???)
So, with just two games to go this week, we now have:
1. Antagonist - 10 points
2. Silent But Deadly - 8 points
3. hansonbrother, capitalist and MNHockeyFan - 7 points

With the two remaining games today being postponed or canceled, I hereby declare Antagonist to be our Week 4 winner! Congratulations on a fine showing Antagonist!
Look for Week 5 to be posted shortly.
