I don't even count this one in the win column. It certainly didn't prove much. Glad to see no one blew out a knee in this game. Happy to have the game on tv, in HD, on Hockey Day MN. Not happy with the way the ice turned out at all. Not sure what they can do though. January might be a better month to have this day on...PuckU126 wrote:Final

Good game; however, you can't say the same for the ice.
Yeah, it was a bit tight for comfort, but they do a good job of not panicking in these games and doing what needs to be done.
Karl, your Hounds got away again...karl(east) wrote:Yeah, it was a bit tight for comfort, but they do a good job of not panicking in these games and doing what needs to be done.
This should mean ER is the 3 seed and Cloquet the 4. And to answer the earlier question, no, ER would not have been the 2-seed if they'd won. GR beat them head-to-head back in December.
YES!!!!!! I get to see a Duluth East vs. Cloquet playoff game at Amsoil!!!! Provided CEC beats Forest Lake at home, which I'm confident they will. I hope the Amsoil will be close to sold out for that game.karl(east) wrote:Yeah, it was a bit tight for comfort, but they do a good job of not panicking in these games and doing what needs to be done.

Not sure if Lavalle returned after he appeared to hurt his leg. That was a brutal surface to play on & hope both teams came out of it alright. I suspect a sharpening may be in order!Sparlimb wrote:I don't even count this one in the win column. It certainly didn't prove much. Glad to see no one blew out a knee in this game. Austin Nelson- Hat trick
LaValle was limping pretty badly as he left the bench. It was the result of a check and not due to the horrible ice conditions.Pioneerprideguy wrote:Not sure if Lavalle returned after he appeared to hurt his leg. Cretin has to be the 3 seed in section 3AA with Woodbury dropping to 5 seed after losing to Hastings 8-3. They are now 2-6 there last 8 games.starmvp wrote:Cretin 9-1karl(east) wrote:Centennial-Osseo?
