Here we go everyone.
Structure:
There will be two pools and each participant is welcome to pick in both pools. PoolHSHW is for "A'' picks and PoolKARL is for "AA" picks. Rounds will continue for each pool until the winner is determined. Once a winner is decided in each pool, there will be a head to head between pool winners. The head to head winner is the Playoff Champion.
Rules:
1. Post picks for each round beofore the time deadline
2. Miss a round=eliminated
3. Edit post after time deadline=eliminated
4. One incorrect pick=eliminated (per pool)
5. Please once eliminated from a pool, quit posting picks for that particular pool
6. If in the last round in pool play/head to head both/all posters have an incorrect pick, there will be another round.
(Scenario: If during the final round/head to head Player1=1 wrong, Player2=1 wrong and Player3=2+wrong, Player3 is eliminated and Players 1 and 2 move on.)

Just one. In most playoffs 50% is eliminated in each round. Is a 4-5 too much for a 1st round?

Incorrect pick in one pool has no effect on the other.

For sure! Especially being that what we say on this forum will has no impact on any of these games. A hockey team can create their own luck, and all we can do is hope for some luck.
