Lets take into consideration the competition (or lack there of) he has faced.Govie wrote:Dickman is leading the entire Metro in scoring.
Yeah, but he is still good.Pioneerprideguy wrote:Lets take into consideration the competition (or lack there of) he has faced.Govie wrote:Dickman is leading the entire Metro in scoring.
From what I heard is leaving high school right now and has joined the Fargo Force. Can anyone confirm?BBgunner wrote:Weaker competition true but he is all they have also. Put him on a better team with better competition he still shines, look at his Elite stats.
Interesting. He didn't play this last weekend, I guess we'll see.flatontheice wrote:From what I heard is leaving high school right now and has joined the Fargo Force. If he's finishing HS hockey first, this kind of becomes a non story. There'll be plenty of seniors joining the USHL after the HS season.Gopher Blog wrote:Looks like it is true. Dickman to the Force. Interesting timing. Although it sounds like he is going to finish HS hockey first.
Do they do Metro scoring leaders only? You are right then.keepyourheadup wrote:I guess you used the St. Paul paper for your stats. According to hockey hub I believe he tied for 18 in scoring. His 42 goals may have been second to Cisar at Moose lake but Besse had 40 so while he had a great year its not quite the slam dunk you might think.
Would be a huge(npi) asset for any college(SCSU) team. Him in front of the net... with his scoring touch.. on a power play!!! What's he going to be like when he gets his man muscles?Govie wrote:Dickman finishes the season in fourth in the entire state in scoring (61) and lead the entire state in goals (42), surpassing the second place goal scorer by 10.![]()
As previously mentioned, he will join the Fargo Force immediately following the Govies' season:

So does anyone think he is going to go on to big things?
He better make All State this year.
Would love to see him in a Huskies uniform. My brother in law played for them and both of my sisters are alum as well. That would be some cool stuff. Plenty of Govies over the years have went to SCSU.MrBoDangles wrote:Would be a huge(npi) asset for any college(SCSU) team. Him in front of the net... with his scoring touch.. on a power play!!! I had heard something to that affect before but just thought out-of-metro players weren't counted.keepyourheadup wrote:The St. Paul paper only lists about 1/3 of the metro teams, its a totally different topic but I can't figure out which teams qualify to be in their stats. Very few teams west of the river included other than breck.
I looked over the PP again and you are right. There are quite a few powerhouses missing.keepyourheadup wrote:The St. Paul paper only lists about 1/3 of the metro teams, its a totally different topic but I can't figure out which teams qualify to be in their stats. I got it now. Dickman was second in the state in goals scored. I do have to point out that Moose Lake played a weaker schedule than the Govs though.keepyourheadup wrote:minnesota hockey hub...statistics...regular season
