Very curious to see what happens when the next crop of US peewee players hit bantam at 160 lbs and get their first introduction to full contact. I can't help but think that many bad habits like skating with your head down are going to be tough to break over next two years when transitioning to bantams. Ontario CANADA had a different approach of allowing hitting in competitive divisions AA (US "A") and AAA and taking it out of house league where most kids were playing more for recreation.

We may be surprised that these peewees now have become more comfortable with the puck because they aren't getting blown out of their skates. They should start improving their vision the more they handle the puck. If you play with your head down at any level....let's face it....your are not a very good player.
