Not quite that close. Eagan is certainly stronger than last year though.

It seemed that close to me. Burnsville was up 4-0 at the end of 2 periods, but Eagan scored 3 and was still pressing until Burnsville scored an empty-netter as time expired. Shots seemed about even (if not in Eagan's favor).

I'd disagree. Burnsville dominated the first period and a half and went up 4-0. After that I'm not sure they were full strength the rest of the game, including three 5 on 3's for Eagan. I'd guess penalties were about 12 for Burnsville and 1 for Eagan.
I'm not complaining about the reffing, although a few of the calls were questionable. Eagan should have carried play being a man or two up for most of 2nd half of the game.

Yikes it appears White Bear is struggling this year. Every score I see they have lost pretty much.
How are the Bears this year?

Pretty slow penalty filled game. Not as much flow as both teams would have liked.

I'm surprised by that result.

EP is looking a little Jekyl-Hyde so far this year. now that I think about it many of the JGA teams are a little inconsistent. will be an interesting season.

JGA Score
Burnsville 3
Eagan 2
Close game. Eagan lead after 1, Burnsville tied it and went ahead in the 2nd, Eagan tied it up in the third. Burnsville's winning goal, and a non-goal for Eagan a few minutes later, were a little controversial. Burnsville dominated the 2nd period, Eagan dominated the first, and the third was fairly even.

Great game by both teams. High tempo and fun to watch. Very fair assessment of the game Kraut!
