So no more Warriors?

The Euro team is solid. Still a suprising result against the Machine. I thought the Machine team was improved over last years team? I guess it is only one game so one shouldn't read too much into it.

Happy Easter folks!

2003 game between Miracle Gold and Euro American was pretty lopsided the other night. Looks like Gold has a whole mess of talented 03's. They don't look like a team of 8 and 9-year-olds the way they move the puck.

It will be interesting to see if any team can hang with them.

Sounds like some parents are sick of driving to Edina and SLP. The landscape of summer hockey continues to change.

After only one scrimmage you're going with It will be interesting to see if any team can hang with them? Is the 2003 team Euro American made up of imported european superstar manchildren or something? This must be one heck of a Miracle Gold team. I can't wait to see them play.

 ?

Almost all of the north metro talent stayed north with this program. In my opinion, the talent seems pretty divided at 03' level in the south and west metro. We'll have to see

You shouldn't waste your whole evening driving down to the Made when your kid(s) could be using the free (for MG kids) FHIT center with that time before practice.

OG85, Plenty are making the switch after figuring out that they've spent more in gas than the cost of the program. $20 for the ice session plus $25+ in gas actually means $45+ for one practice......

I'm also not sure how talented that '03 EuroAmerican team is, I heard the top 3-4 '03 kids they have play on the '02 team.

That may be going a bit far.

They turned over about 1/3 of the team from last summer. That team didn't have enough to beat the 03 Blades (although it was an even game). We'll see if they do now - 2nd game of the Meltdown.

The red team, which is I believe made up of mostly last year's 02 synergy team, is in the stars and stripes invite level, I would guess they are set up like machine/miracle.

Is the Jr Moose out of FL? I saw they had teams at several different levels in last weekends tournament at cottage grove.

The Moose are out of the NW Suburbs but there are a few FL and WBL kids on the rosters. The 02 and 03 teams took the championships in Cottage Grove over the weekend.

Machine Black won the Border Battle last week. Outmatched two WI teams (Blaze and Bucks) but were given a game by Team Walser in game 1 beating them 2-1.

MN Jr Moose was based out of Coon Rapids last year, first year in existence. Last year at most levels it was mostly Coon Rapids kids with a few sprinkled in from other areas.

My son plays on the 03 team and we have kids from Blaine, Coon Rapids, Andover, Forest Lake, Centennial and Anoka on our team.
