I agree with you. There a lot of teams that are defensive minded. If you struggle to score goals then you have to be. There are a lot of 1-loss teams in this boat and they are all ranked 10-25ish, which is exactly where most of the legitimate Ratings have Wayzata.

• MNHockeyRankings has Wayzata 11th
  Hawker has them 9th
  Pagestat has them 11th

Those all make sense.

It's only the LPH Poll that have Wayzata 4th. That makes no sense.

The fact that wayzata is not a top 10 team is insanity

I agree with MegaMan. Wayzata (and Blaine) need to be in the top 5 for now. I don't think either will stay there through the new year, but it's reasonable they get the nod for the top 5 now. Never realized all these ranking formulas existed but I'd like to see some more games to work out some of the apparent issues. This weekend is going to be awesome.
