After hermantowns school referendum passed last week, they'll be AA soon enough. It will be open enrollment again after their schools are enlarged.

Their high school would need to more than double in size to force them to play in AA. I'd guess they would voluntarily opt up before then.

And why should they voluntarily opt up? I would like to see it happen from the perspective of having one more northern team in 7AA, but that hardly qualifies as a justifiable reason. Again, why should they? Based on what?
