				Grand Forks Schools

I'm not petitioning for ND Hockey, I didn't say they would be elite MN AA teams. They are consistent with Warroad, and Roseau, clearly a step behind Moorehead. Fargo schools have not impressed me. Both of those teams would have easily beaten the Anoka team Blaine played last night.
But right now they can't play with EGF. They have lost I think the last 13 times they have played them. But most teams have lost to EGF the last two years.

  Warroad isn't AA
I'd put them more at a step below Warroad. Ever, not just recently.

Well, I think that the enrollments for the GF high schools is right around 1100, each...which I think would make them class 'A'...maybe I'm wrong...
That being said...there's only one team from Grand Forks that I've seen in 17 years that would have been able to beat an elite AA team in Minnesota. Otherwise, they'd be competetive with some AA schools, but more often than not, come out on the losing end.

No they are not. I was tring to point out that the grand forks schools are consistent with the better Minnesota A schools. Like A teams in exceptional years they can play with the better AA teams. Warroad plays Grand Forks Red River tonight. Should be an interesting game.
I am suggesting that the better Minnesota A teams can easily play with the Minnesota AA Schools outside the top ten.

Obviously, we have a difference of opinion.

I think that is the appeal of tonight's game. Can a really good small public school hold up to a really good big school?

				Blaine goal
The ref blew the wistle
Then a player ran into the goalie and they counted it
Too bad
Very even game
 1-0 Blaine after 2

Big and physical + undisciplined = trouble. So much for the undefeated run in Blaine. HM clear #1 and ER maybe #2?
