I know at least 2 (I think it is 3-5 or more) of the girls on the 01 team that played (or were eligible to play by either playing or making and then deciding to play HS) Peewee or U12 last winter. I think 1 was crimson PW, 1 was tornado PW, 1 was huskie PW, one made Spartan PW and might have played HS, and another was capital U12.

At least 1 of those girls is in 7th grade.

The blades are a true tournament team and have stayed that way their philosophy is a great one so is there approach but you just don't get the bang for your buck. Their fee has been raised to the point of unless they offer more training it is going to be hard to keep kids. Again for me the best spring /summer opportunity is Os because of what it offers for the price. For roughly 1300 dollars you get spring league the tournaments and 8 weeks of training in the summer. The other problem is that the blades are not very competitive after their 01 team. Their 7th grade group is tier 2 at best.]

Yep, for sure the OMG kid and WBL kid were age eligible to stay back but still 8th graders. Not sure about the others but I'm sure you are correct. They do have a couple of 7th graders too.

Why have so many jumped ship from the Blades? Did something happen?

I am familiar with a lot of those names on this list, I just don't get to see many of them very often so just curious is there was a 4-5 from each of those teams that stood out or not.

I realize that if I ask this 12 months from now, the names may change but its fun to see what others see/think. I know a lot of those names and were all good when I saw them last but it might have been a year ago when I last saw them.

I believe these are all 7th. How about 8th? Wethington is a stud, McMannon, goalie from 01 OS team is rock solid I am told. The 7th graders on the 01 OS team have to be studs.
