I would add Ryan Poehling to that conversation as well.
Of course you would! Lol

Sats, I am sure the scouts were concerned about how he would recover from that nasty slash and imminent collapse he received from Michaelis in the ER game.

Best player on the ice in the games I have watched online, not unlike Tufte and Noterman, is the one that must be stopped to beat them. Would say he has a deeper supporting cast though.

I am also convinced my bluejackets are living in perunovichs world. Dang he is electric but I do believe we depend on him to much and it's time for the coaches to limit his play in games where they can and force someone else to carry the load. If he goes down we not even be a top 4 team in 7A. I know every team has their top players but he is far and away on a different level.
In checking scores I see the lunch pail kids do it again out shooting vir 55-25 and pulling out a blue collar over time win vs Virginia who may have the best goalie in sec7. I don't see any other goalie in the sec being his level. Alander is solid as is Ullan but the foreign exchange tender is big and carrys the load for Virginia. If you flip flop goal tenders I believe he would separate from the pack.
Great night of sec 7 hockey. Oh did rapids under achieve tonight?

Sounds like Rapids eeked one out. Although the "spin doctor" (DJ) is sure to spin it the Rapids PR machine differently. Roll Indians roll

Rapids game was on TV. They totally dominated the game after the second period.

Sats between DJ and rainier the home town teams never struggle and there is always an excuse. You know I guy fell down and couldn't get up why didn't the ref blow a whistle or our d was tired. Really. He plays the whole game because he is all we got. Geeee I wonder why he was tired. I'm sick of the excuses. I love northern mn and ranger hockey but dang enough excuses. Nobody is the 93 Jefferson team up here. Hope you had a great night a maybe even caught a good game. If you did please give me your interpretation of the night.

It still took them OT to beat a very average at best hockey team.

So rapids totally dominated 1/3 of the game. That does not sound like rapids to not bring it a whole game. Ohhhh yeah it does

Caught BSM Farmington game. BSM won in OT 2-1. Badly blown offsides call lead to OT winner. Someone is gonna knock off red knights when it matters. Take that to the bank. Farmington looked good. They are a team I certainly can't figure out. North boys got them Thursday night. Should be interesting.

I think your spot on when it comes to BSM. Seems like they find the right bounce every night. Not going to say that doesn't come from hard work but sooner or later on a given night it can be to little to late. Farmington has a scary club. Kinda remind me of Greenway. Not great but bring it every shift every night

Yeah, the last thing you would ever do is give excuses for your favorite team.
Greenway loss to Denfeld: "Denfeld won in OT on a fluky goal"
Greenway loss to Hibbing: "Hibbing only won because Greenway was tired from being on the pk so much."
No sir, no excuses from you. You're above all that.

No sir. No excuses needed as my fav team I came out on top in one of those games. I was expressing my opinions of the games. Sad to say but you my friend are wrong. My views of those games is what it is and was after watching them and giving my honest assessment.

Oh and looking back I never ever made those exact claims that you quoted as I know there is never one play or situation to provide a loss or win. There is always something that could have been differently along the way the change the out come. It is a whole game. Example the Vikings. Did the missed field goal cost them the game? Hmmm. How about petersons fumble? Things happen both good and bad and collectively you get a outcome.
