Kinda dropped the ball on Pick'Em this week, and with tournaments underway already, I'm not sure there's any value to starting now. This week is always a hard one to manage anyway, with the uncertainly of tournaments. Consider it a holiday break, and we'll be back at it this coming weekend.

Oh man, I was way off this week. I could tell by Thursday evening that I was going to take a beating. I looked back at the thread for last week’s picks, and the two games that killed nearly everyone were Duluth East over Minnetonka and BSM over Chaska. I think if people had known how banged up Chaska was the picks would have been way different on that game.

7 weeks, roughly 70 games with 140 teams and only 4 come from 1A, 3A, and non Lakeville 1AA teams; Fairmont, Worthington, Luverne, and Lourdes.

Come on Karl, we know you disregard this area and our teams completely but do we really need to see Wayzata, Maple Grove, Orono, Benilde, etc. almost every week?

Oh, and nice the way you guys completely skipped Rochester Century beating White Bear Lake...Cloquet gets accolades for their whopping 14 shot win over a Moorhead but this, not worth a mention in the notable games section?

goldy313--I will be a dick but I have to say, start your own pick em thread with teams no one knows or cares about. Heck, I'd rather do girls U10 pick-em vs trying to figure out if the mighty-Fairmont Screaming Unicorns will recover from half of their players returning to the lineup after their thespian experience in the winter musical Hello Dolly and be able to beat the Worthington Manure Spreaders.
