Just pushed the whole works in the net Grand, good goal.

Sounded like it was good on KOZY. They didn't see a problem. I thought it was a well played game by both.

Wayzata beats Cretin 5-0 and outshoots them 37-17

What do we think about Cretin? Had a good year last year, but they are 2-3 now. All three of their loses are against good competition (though I'm skeptical of White bear, and realistically based off last year they should have beaten them) and their two wins have been against bad teams.

Thoroughly outclassed today. Score indicative of the game. Tough scene.

It was a well played game by both. While I'm sure it was an emotional loss for them they just need to stay the course and continue to improve as the season goes on. I like most of their game. I wish they would stay out of the penalty box a little more, especially when they are only down a goal or two. The penalty kill is pretty solid but it sure puts them in a tough spot in these games. Just my 2 cents.

Grindian here is the GWG last night, at about 38.15

Hate to see a tight even game end this way on a 50/50 disputed unclear call. But thats hockey i guess

Without being able to see the puck it makes it pretty hard to know if it went in or not. They must have determined it was underneath Clafton and over the line. That is one of those calls that someone is going to be ticked no matter what. The fact that no ref pointed in the net says that no ref actually saw it cross. Almost had to be under Clafton and over the line. How Clafton ended up in the back of the net could be the Rapids argument.

Well said Grindian. How is the good life in Green Bay? Travels to Minnesota recently?

If he’s living in GB, likely needed a pair of goulashes this morning...to wade threw a foot deep of Packer fan tears(mixed with beer)! 😉🔥

I get through there every so often. I haven't been up to Rapids in a couple of years now. Hoping to get to Amsoil for the 7AA weekend.

LOL. The Packer fans faces are longer than a hog on market day here. (Jed Clampett quote) As a Viking fan you have to take small victories when you can around here. The Viks aren't exactly flooding me with any confidence either. I'm just waiting for my annual kick in the gut. I know it's coming. Just not sure how. They can be pretty creative sometimes.
