Exhausting on the Bothum kid, never see so much social media in my life. Must be an only child.

Not hard to figure out who the dad is

Wrong her dad is quietly very proud.

Sloane Matthews scored two goals and added an assist to lead the No. 14AA Wayzata Trojans to a 4-2 upset win over the 4AA Minnetonka Skippers. Number 2 star goes to Sophie Urban, who netted Wayzata's other two goals. Interesting that between the two of them they put 11 of the Trojans' 15 total shots on goal. Matthews is just a sophomore who is committed to Clarkson, while Urban is a senior who will be headed to Quinnipiac.

Good call. I think Quinnipiac is getting heck of a recruiting class from MN this year with Urban, Mobley and Steigauf.

HUGE performance in goal tonight by Hill Murray's senior netminder Rachel Kennedy. She posted a 32 save shutout - including 19 stops in the 3rd period - enabling her Pioneers to upset No. 1AA Andover 1-0. Making her performance especially remarkable: this was the first time the Huskies have been held scoreless all season, and only their second defeat. Congrats also to Hill Murray senior Gracie Sevigny who scored the Pioneers' lone goal for the win.

BSM's Lucy Hanson scored three consecutive goals in just over two minutes in the 3rd period to spark a 4-3 comeback win over Hill-Murray. Hanson then assisted on the Red Knight's final goal with just 49 seconds remaining for the win.

Northfield's sophomore goaltender Maggie Malecha made 58 saves while giving up just a single goal against top-seeded Lakeville South in 1AA. Malecha's outstanding performance allows the 4th seeded Raiders to advance to the section final, where they will face Farmington, the No. 3 seed.

Edina sophomore D Vivian Jungels scored 4 goals, including a pure hat trick in the first period, to lead the Hornets to a 6-1 victory over Benilde- St. Margaret's. With the win Edina advances to the 6AA section final against the third seeded Wayzata Trojans, which pulled a mild 4-2 upset over second seeded Blake.

Madison Garberding 4 goals in the section 6A final. Willmar wins over River Lakes 5-1.
There’s a video after her hat trick. Hats, a flag and even crutches were thrown on the ice it looks like a crazy atmosphere!
