1. Jackson Blake reinjured his foot and will be out for the next few weeks.

Edina scores 3 goals in the last 2 minutes of the 2nd period to go up 3-2 over Wayzata. Edina has out-scored opponents 9-0 over their last 2 2nd periods.

5-0 final in favor of HM. Not a great weekend for BSM. But time to put things together and make their run.
In the last 6 games since an uncharacteristic loss to STA, HM outscores their opponents 28-3. That does include a game with over matched Simley...

Edina wins 5-2. The Hornets have a propensity to take too many penalties, but are otherwise playing really well.

Quick peeked in on WBL and they were up in the 3rd on Park-Cottage Grover 4-0. Looks like the Bears are on a roll.

Lakeville South 4, Rosemount 3 in OT. Good, scrappy effort from Rosemount, who had South on the ropes at times, but they were completely out of gas by OT.

This one was pretty much all Pios . Usual tough forecheck and tight neutral ice play .Showed good scoring depth with the Tabucol Zupfer line accounting for 3 goals .Erickson with 5th shutout against quality opponents , approximately 94% save ratio , puts him among best goalies of top team this year imho .

Nice character win for Rapids today. Warroad appeared really good and fast in the first period on the video stream. But, it seemed like GR took a page from the 2016/17 team and decided to play once they were down by 2 goals in the second. I think there is a lot to like about this team. We'll see how they do going forward.
I realize a win against a single A team won't help their QRF, but this type of win against this type of team should help build team confidence and composure in the face of adversity.
I think Hermantown still has a team and they are supposed to be in GR on Thursday evening. Every once in a while I think people post about that team. It should be a nice test of where Rapids is now in their team progress. Thanks to My9, I'll be able to watch it.

I'd prefer to watch the YouTube feed from Sheldon and crew on KOZY/J105 over MY9 broadcasts any day. But anything is better than no broadcast at all.

Just curious.....why? I work on the My9 broadcasts and would appreciate the feedback.
