I look forward to how you rank 3A teams. A couple of Saturday’s results surprised me, especially Windom beating Lourdes.
Had the MSHSL not moved the Mankato schools to 3A I think New Ulm would be favored but there are a few schools like Windom and Worthington that have a chance. That is good for hockey.
An East vs. New Ulm final should be moved from Gustavus because the section could sell double the tickets.

10- Redwood Valley - tough season for the Cards.

The second meeting between Windom/Marshall should help clear things a bit. Marshall did sweep #7 Fairmont, while Windom lost to them in OT in their previous meeting and is primarily why I have Marshall over Windom at this point. Plenty of interesting remaining games to sort this mess out.

For whatever reason I follow the Redwood Valley tweets. It has been a tough season for them. One of favorite high school hockey memories is them playing at Gustavus on a 3A semifinal.
Austin beating Worthington surprised me. But given Covid, a one game result needs to be taken with a grain of salt.
