Who does Gentry play anyway?

Their schedule is hard to decipher, with only 1 common opponent between Gentry and Stillwater: the Holy Family team that just beat Stillwater last night and that Gentry twice demolished [6-0, 4-1]. No common opponents for Gentry and White bear Lake. Gentry spanked around Lakeville North twice, by a combined margin of 9-3. They beat the best team in ND and the best team in WI (although they also lost a couple of times to Hudson). They beat the #4 ranked class A team and #10 ranked class A team twice each. Beat Holy Angels, Karl's #23 ranked team in AA. So, it's not an awful schedule, just....odd. If Gentry wins both games against Blake to end the season, or even splits them, it wouldn't surprise me to see Gentry get the #2 seed in 4AA

Rumor has it the suburban east coaches have already decided not to rank gentry higher than four seed. Based on weak schedule, and a few common opponents.

Interesting. Guess we'll find out! In my opinion it could go either way.

This is just my wish list, but I would like to see a White Bear/Stillwater semi final, and a hill/gentry semi final.

To be fair, are these the same coaches that didn't answer the phone when Gentry was trying to fill out their schedule?

I really don't care how the seedings end up, HM will need to beat 2 of the 3 to win the section. I don't think that's an issue. Gentry is the second best team based on results. I actually think WBL could have given them a game, because they can score and Gentry gives up a lot of goals. But there is almost no way for that to happen unless they meet in the finals.

White bear and Gentry at Aldrich would be fun to watch.
