Darn. I want Maple Grove to get their much-needed state championship out of the way. Gotta get their first one. Nelson leaving makes that a lot harder next year.

Rankings and section outlook updated in the first two posts. A little over two months until I happily clear the runway to let Karl do his thing :D .

Bump to brag just a liiiitle bit that I correctly picked each section winner back in August. I had a few teams too high (Chaska, Moorhead) and a few too low (Tonka, Wayzata) because they weren't done losing and gaining players, respectively.

I feel Lakeville South underperformed this season. Chanhassen made a bigger jump than I expected. Duluth East made a bigger jump than anyone expected.

edit: I've already started working on next year. I promise I have a life. Sneak preview: 2AA should be pretty good! 1AA should be pretty bad!*
