Warroad’s defensive zone play is often sloppy; I also thought the same in the previous game.

Warroad just scored 5-3. Sutherland puts it in.
Looks like Mahtomedi had one taken away.

Didn’t see that one turned to look out the window at all the snow coming down.

I don't like ragging on this but I have to. Alexandria gets a player thrown in the box because he jumped into the wrong boards after scoring a goal. Mahtomedi manages to stay out of the box when their last goal scorer goes out of his way to taunt the ref after this last goal. I guess I would have called an unsportsmanlike on that display. I am all for celebrating but that was over the top. That was obnoxious especially when the waived off goal earlier was indeed the correct call.

Hard to imagine Maht isn’t the favorite in OT. Warroad leaning too much on that top line, who must be absolutely exhausted.

If you say so... Regardless, a whole lot of lesser celebrations get called penalties. Mahtomedi kid went out of his way to throw his arm at the ref multiple times. Can't say he didn't.

This is intense! Mahtomedi with 3-4 unbelievable chances early in OT. I always worry in these moments that you can’t punch any of these great opportunities in and then the other team gets 1 chance and wins it.
