WBL Orange 4
Stillwater 2
Stillwater did not get a hep point and had 25 shots on net. Other hand WBL Orange had a few dumb penalties but kept the puck in their zone for the most part of the game. Good game for White Bear

That should move Edina Green to first place on LPH
A lot of upsets this past week. Both Edina teams are very good. Either could end up in regionals.
im not sure which edina team is was but i know one of them has a very talented goalie that could easily lead their team to regions

When you book your room, put it under MacLovin. The front desk clerk will scratch her nose twice. If she scratches anything else, check out. She will hand you your room key and the code number to charge your drinks to The Whites (as opposed to the Underhills) (Who takes more shots, the kids on the ice, or the parents off the ice??). Be on time to the games, but be PROMPT to the evening meetings. The band waits for no one. I've called ahead, your table is ready.
Did Mrs. ninety5 green light booking the room as "double occupancy" yet?
(Can't believe I actually promoted that MacLovin garbage.)

McLovin it is. No Mrs....she knows better, good times. Will the band be taking requests?
I used the Underhills last year, ordered a steak sandwhich and a steak sandwhich, with some champange, $300 lunch tab. Generous tip.
Have a good weekend all. Family, friends and all that.

An independent research firm confirms 4 out of 5 coaches recommend Trident for goalies who pitch a shutout while stopping
FORTY-FIVE (that's 45 for the private school kids)
SHOTS by the Skippers.
Don't blame the scorekeeper . . .the only one who could keep track of all those shots was the only one that mattered. The guy stopping them all.
It was truly a sight to behold!

Eagle,
I am confused with the ups and downs of your team.

D6 - would you like your membership card laminated? You are hardly the only one. We seem to get nickeled and dimed with illness and injury. One fwd out for 8 weeks with a broken arm and a defensemen out last night sick.
Both of which really would have helped, but not been earth-shattering. I was VERY impressed with Minnetonka. They moved the puck very well and moved their feet just as much. They are definitely a threat and my odds-on to win the District. But, funny thing about D6 (as you know) every day is an adventure. The very same White team that just beat Green apparently got throttled last night by Chaska. D6 is more fun than the NFC Central!
Make no mistake that the EP Black squad is very talented and capable and continuing to work at putting the pieces together, the personality of which will include a large number of close games (first one of you jokers to bring up that Burnsville game is taking one on the shins!) and early on we were on the high side of those 1-2 goal games. Of late, we are on the downstream end and have hung in for a couple ties/OTLs. As much as I love 4-1 wins because they provide some breathing room without a blowout, this group continues to scrap during the close ones.

Then I guess there are two big games in D6 tomorrow night.
Minnetonka vs Burnsville
Apple Valley vs Edina White
The first game is for first, and the second is for last.
(percentage wise, Tonka has 2 more games in) Burnsville wins and they are technically in first, they lose, Tonka is in First and EP Red will be in second.
Team G W L T P FP TP % PP
1 Minnetonka 9 6 1 2 14 7 21 77.78%
2 Burnsville 7 5 1 1 11 5 16 76.19%
3 EP Red 8 5 2 1 11 7 18 75.00%
(%PP Percent of possible points) That didn't format very well.
If Apple Valley wins, then Edina White and Prior Lake are basically tied for last. And the last place team does not make the district tourney. Yes they would only be half way through the schedule, but, when was the last time an Edina team was is last place at any time during the season?
Yah, I have some time on my hands.

What Burnsville game? Are you having flashbacks or what?
Have a blast in Moorhead and be ready to defend at Bloomington.

Skippers 4
Burnsville 1
True to form, Tonka started slow. Shots were something like 12-2 after the first period in Burnsville's favor (helped by 5 penalties called against the Skippers vs. 1 against Bville--Bville ran a very good power play).
The Skippies picked it up, though, and pulled out the win.

That was a big win for the skippers putting them on track for the regular season title.
