norris wats up with chaska being so high? i mean come on they lost all their best players havnt played any of the top 5 teams. Duluth east is the best team in the state they proved it this weekend in the tourny. Also jefferson deserves wayy more credit. if any one saw the tournament this weekend and saw jeffersons games? they out played the majority of the teams they played. they lost in shootouts 2 of the 5 games the last game didnt have a shootout and to top it off the tournament went straight into a shoot out. ther wouldve been a ton of different scores if there was sudden death THEN a shoot out

6. Edina - a down year but will be solid
7. White bear - a bunch of size little skill
8. Roseau - Always tough but a slow starter
9. Blaine - Without Bjugstad, they may fall fast
10. Centennial - a down year, will be better than peewees with Larsen in nets

Sorry chuck...don't what your talkin' bout...white bear is very little this year...they have one big kid...alex jarosz...and one tall kid...zach loesch...the rest are ave. size or smaller...but you were right about their little talent...they were a dissapointment in duluth last weekend!!!

Mr. Penalty, you are overlooking four WBL skaters that are 6 feet tall or over. They have a few smaller players as well, but overall, they are one of the larger teams I have seen this year. Also, I think they do have a lot of skill. They played well in pool play in Duluth, losing to Duluth East in a shootout, Wayzata by one and Eden Prairie by two. WBL played poorly in the next round, losing to Centennial and tying Jefferson. But, they are still experimenting with position and line combinations. I believe the coaches will find the right combinations and this team will gel and surprise a lot of people. It is still very early in the season.

Sorry to be a badass, just questioning.

Doesn't every team still have to "gel", therefore everyone will improve about the same with "chemistry" and end up at the same difference there was before it happened?

lets say

Ep is 10 without chemistry

WBL is 8 without chemistry

WBL improves chemistry to 13 in time.

What does EP do between that time?

I'm sure they improve also,

15-13 EP =]

I'm DEFINITELY agreeing with you, just putting out a logical reason to say a team doesn't necessarily have an upper hand because they haven't "practiced".

Grand Rapids crushed Alex and Bemidji only beat them by one. I believe Grand Rapids is atleast a top 20 team.

Hey Chuck,

Give the Jefferson folks a little credit. We took it to Minnetonka this weekend 5-2. It wasn't a close game as Minnetonka scored their second goal in the last minute of the game.

Chuck,

Ok I'll admit you're getting close..
Chaska?? First Shakopee beats them and now Prior Lake beats them 3-1..Get them out of the top 20

Watch Burnsville they're the sleeper of D6.

So what exactly is your point. You seem to agree with me in your other post?

Chaska right now, is not in a dominant scene.

You can't back up a Shakopee AND a Prior Lake loss and call them both flukes.

Sorry, but for those who say Chaska really has a chance in its current state is wrong.

As of now Chaska is definitely not in the top 20.

We did have 11 skaters for the Osseo (5-1) and Prior Lake (3-1 (ENG)) Games.

Maybe bad decisions?

Chaska outshot Prior Lake 30 some to 16.

Simply put, Chaska needs more scorers, or needs it scorers to step up even more.

I do agree with you, im not contradicting myself

I'm not coming in here saying Take Chaska off Top 20 they dont deserve it. because thats opinions

and Morris has his own opinion.

Don't try to change it.

I was not impressed with Rochestor...they may be a little down this year

Well you could at least spell ROCHESTER right. They did lose a few players to the high school program but I mean come on, the top 15 bantam players out of a city of 100,000 that has 4 high schools...they had better be a good team or I feel sorry for the high school hockey fans in Rochester in a few years.

St Cloud did get all there players to stay at bantams so they're really good this year. They beat andover 19-0 last weekend and in thief river tournament they took 2nd beating every team by 10 or more so they have a really good squad this year.

You don't have to say they, you can just say we. Also surprises me that a city as big as St. Cloud with 3 high schools and one Bantam A team does well

Rochestor will be down this year...but Burnsville is pretty good
