This Supercowboy isn't worried about MM hockey.....as stated in an earlier post....it sounds good for those that want it and you have not seen a negative post about it from me or my Boogeymanhorse. If that is your "Choice"... GREAT, no problems from me. Just stop picking on others that feel comfortable where their kid or kids currently skate.

I do not go around daily on these forums putting down my local community to justify a personal "Choice" to leave.

Comments like "CHOICE league" and names like "Boogeyman" and "Superstar" must be compensating for a lack of past successes as kids themselves.

Superstar doesn't get it either..."beat em or join em"? Beat em at what? I could care if you move in and bunk next to Bernie, fluff his pillow, or buy him Coke's till the pocket book is dry, just stop pushing your "choice" down my throat...just wander down that trail and be happy.

Bye Humbres (I wasn't good at playing a cowboy as a kid so I am compensating like them)

Truth/SuperCowboy - My post about beat or Join'em is a way too say- Stop worrying about MN made. Just concentrate on your kid getting better. I am a big fan of bernie and MN made and it gets tiring to see people try to bash that program.

SOOO...If people don't like it - Get a summer team together and try and beat them, if Not try and get on one of his summer teams - Was the "truthbetold" on my last post.

As for your personal attack against me "not having success as kid in my past" is uncalled for and irrelevant. But since you want to know - I did have plenty of success - Thats why I am the SuperStar.

Yep - Superstar doesn't get it. Most people are not bashing, they just get tired of hearing how it is everything and everything else is crap...State what you like and leave it at that. Good luck.

Nope the "Truthbetold" was not given on your last post (CMON - You really were not that good.... the good ones don't need to tell everybody about it). Molly Shannon's Character fantasized about being a Superstar, I guess you got that in common.

Pay no mind to what goes on behind the curtain. These guys are doing their best to A. Make a living, and B. Teach young players skills to develop themselves as hockey players. I have a high school age player who has gone through a couple of MM programs. Hats off to those guys for being good teachers, whatever their styles. While I didn't agree fully with some of their methods, it was never a personal attack on my kid, who also never took it that way. The worst comment he ever made about Bernie was "Boy is he demanding". The ongoing point that's forever trying to be made here is simple. If you like what you're getting, continue. If you don't, don't go. Does it really have to be such an everlasting debate?

Truthbegirl - I do get it. I stated what I felt and moved on - You started your personal attack, which is uncalled for.

Standout players will be standout players for one simple reason, they are excellent athletes! As they say, "You can't make chicken soup out of chicken %$#", it holds true across the board. Doesn't matter if you put skates on at 10 for the first time, it's in the genetic make-up of each kid which determines there ultimate success. It has to do with desire, drive, and inherent athletic ability. Standout players surely don't come from a parents desire for the child to be one. Let kids play where they may and everything will shake out in the end!
