So what happened to this so called Big Bad Brainerd team, one of our top players is out, and The Flyers still take a W! I cant wait to talk to Conrad! Should have been there BUD!

Brainerd got outplayed to the man. Congrats to Little Falls. With their motivation tonite they demonstrated that they have what it takes to play with any good team! No excuses from here on out! The Warriors hit a skunk - best to step on the gas and get down the road as quickly as possible. Learn from the debacle and start with playing with the motivation that they witnessed from their opponent tonite!

Well yes ben hanowski was not on the ice tonight for the flyers but that did not stop them in there WIN against the warriors of brainered FINAL: 6-3 it was a great game to watch and now the flyers have a win under their belt that no one can say anything about because one of their best players was not on the ice to play

Looks like Brainerd is the one line team-- small falls beat them with the second and third lines. Flyers might have what it takes.

Majerle still coach little falls

This was one of the greatest games ever played at the Exchange Area. Glad to see LF stick it to B-town even without their stud and one of the state's best (Ben Hanoski). Way to fold under pressure, B-town you just lost yourself the conference!

This proves little falls will be fine next year with or without Ben good win Flyers you owe me Syd

Honestly, I thought Brainerd was the superior team in the first period. I was thinking how I'd probably be taking the boys home after the second wondering how LF would score. During the intermission, Couture must have really inspired the team. On the other side, I think either the Brainerd coach did little or nothing to inspire his team, or the team just got complacent thinking they couldn't lose. Whatever happened, Little Falls stepped it up, got their first goal and you could see the confidence brewing. The MO had shifted and never returned to the Warriors. After the second, I thought Brainerd would pick it up big time, but they didn't.

I still think Olson is a stud though. Man, what a slapper he's got! And I could see the Flyers were a little bit tentative going to the boards for the puck when he was on the ice.

Great win for the Flyers. I hope they don't lay an egg tomorrow night. Hopefully they earned some respect tonight. I feel bad that Ben wasn't a part of it. I'm sure it was killing him to sit on the bench.

I don't imagine they will be laying any egg against Prairie Center

If I was a player on Brainerd I would be thoroughly embarrased to walk out of the exchange Arena a 6-3 loser after being up 2-0 after the first. How do you expect to compete with a good AA team if you can't even beat or at least keep the game close vs good single A team minus there best player. I was excited to watch the Brainerd v Roseau game about a week ago, but now Im thinkin I might as well not waste my Saturday.
