Eagan has another tourney this weekend too.

Duluth East won the tournament at Eagan this past weekend. They beat Bloom Jefferson in the championship, Benilde in the semis, and Minnehaha, Rochester Lourdes, and Eastview in the round robin. They looked very good and allowed only 3 goals while scoring 34. They had all their players and looked sharp.

Does anyone know if Hastings was in the Eagan tourney?? Heard from a guy at work who said he thought Hastings was there and they were GOD awful. "looked like a bantam team" according to him..

yes hastings was in this tournament

and if they were so god awful how did they only lose one game?
and beat eagan 4-2?

I guess Hastings was in this tourney. From what I heard, they did have a number of 1st and 2nd year bantams playing. They only had 4 varsity returners playing. It sounds like Friday's game was pretty bad, but they came back Saturday and won 2 games--good from them.
