Welcome to the board epgoalieguy...Good luck to you and your squad, hats off to you. Goalie at the Bantam level is a tough position. Turn the wheel and let the game go, focus on the next one and work on your goals, and work the weakness, exploit your strengths...

In the upper right hand corner it says quote - hit that and it give you what you want.

Being a goalie's dad - have a short memory, understand goals will happen and focus on the next opportunity to stop the puck.

Have a great season

To all the people who think hockey players are a bunch of long haired trouble makers, I would like to introduce you to epgoalieguy31. Here's a kid who:
Gave the other team credit for a win
Didn't talk any trash
Took some of the blame on a night when he may not have had his best stuff and...
Said "thank you" to people who offered him help.

Way to go Kid, you represent your sport well. I wish more hockey parents were the same way.

And, for the cynics, no I'm not his dad. I don't have a kid on his team. I don't belong to his Assn. Just thought it was refreshing for a kid to step up like he did. Hey, do they teach that at MM?

And your comments are that much more appreciated and valued since you have no association with this kid...

Equally impressed with the EP Bantam goalie. Good luck this season. You sound like a super kid. I'm sure you'll go far in life! Your parents should be proud. Quaker take some pointers.

A little hard to believe... Your prior posts indicate that you know a lot about and are supportive of the EP A team. And how does a kid know to go to this website and so openly identify himself?- a little dangerous in this day and age. Let kids be kids!! They shouldnt be reading this stuff anyhow-

Good luck to your team

I knew there would be cynics. I'm from Maple Grove and happened to be at the arena and watched the game in question. An EP parent told me how young they are. Can't comment on your thoughts about the young man, I don't know him. Sorry to have taken the thread off its intended purpose. Can we get back to Bantam Scores?

Guys please keep this thread on topic for Bantam Scores. It would be nice to run one thread all season for Bantam level scores. Same goes for Pee Wee, Squirt, etc. thanks.

D2D and everyone, Sorry for being cynical and great that you can praise another assn's team. Kids on the internet/reading some of the negative stuff is scarry and hit a nerve. Back to scores...

The youth board is not for kids????

Ya know EP, is seems kinda screwy doesn't it??

If you were to chose a moniker THAT DIDN'T IDENTIFY YOU, I'm guessing your parents would object less....

I hope you and other "respectful" kids stick around.

You might teach us parents something....
