Well East has 3 state championships yet you have none....
Duluth East alum is the MN points leader...
Another Duluth East alum has most stops in a period in the state tourney...
Since 1970 East has been to the state tournament 9 times to Cloquets 4, with 2 championships.

I'm not saying Cloquet doesnt have tradition, or isnt a good hockey program, because they are, but before you spout off about who goes to state, know your facts.

And actually most kids at East aren't rich... your thinking of Marshall.

That actually doesn't make any sense. How would we lose money by fighting?

And so the East-Cloquet thread degenerates into fighting, much like the game did.

I'll stay out of this one and let the game speak for itself.

I was surprised at the lack of fighting in the actual game so I'm mad I left with about 5 minutes left ha ha. Sounds like it was pretty intense, which it should've been. Most of the big hits in the game came from the Hounds, but there was a almost a lack of excitement because of the lopsided score. East controlled the game early on, and when CEC scored to make it 2-1, East came right back to make it 3-1 and didn't look back from there.
This was the first game in which I saw East play, and I must say, the D is looking solid. The only goal given up was definitely East's fault, and the CEC player made a nice shot. Other than that one goal, the defense really didn't give up any other good scoring chances.
From the looks of this game, East seems to be on a different level than CEC this year, plain and simple.

Why is he suspended? I know there was the fight and all but what did he do? Thanks.

If you actually knew what you were talking about, Dave Esse walked over to Randolph and told him he wanted to take it outside. Randolph then told him why not have a go right at center ice? That means Esse started the confrontation. The ref had to hold him back. This brought a loud cheer of "WE'VE GOT RANDOPLH, =D> WE'VE GOT RANDOPLH".

I know I'll get yelled at for this, but as a neutral third party I'd like to point out that both teams are exhibiting zero class in this situation. Both sides are saying that to each other, and both are right.

Maybe you should let the trash talking occur on the ice instead of making both teams, associations, and above all cities looking stupid on the internet. That goes for you to Mr. "Lee", it's not like half the East people were saying things of value either so leave the bickering and name calling to the children.
