Devin Donohue, very good, intense, hard working player, was on a very good 95 Sniper team, line mates w/ naas/thie, could score against blades/machine etc.

Some players to watch in district 10.
#26 - Blaine
#11 - Coon Rapids
#22 - St. Cloud
#17 - Rogers
#7 - Elk River
#23 - Champlin
#11 - Andover
These players have made a difference in the games I've seen.

I believe that is Jake Guentzel. He is the brother of Ryan Guentzel, who plays at Notre Dame, and Gabe Guentzel who plays at Colorado College. His father is Mike Guentzel who was the assistant at the U of M. Shows this kids hockey DNA. Just wait until he grows. He will be unstoppable.

If he is a Guentzel he ain't gonna grow... It has sompin to do with the genetics of the Iron Range in that family

muckandgrind you say these players are in the top 2 or 3 on the team who is 1 and 2?

On Minnetonka, I'd probably rank Justin Bader (94) ahead of Vinnie (95). Don't know if Justin is considered the top player (he's a forward) on Minnetonka Bantam A or not.
Anthony Walsh (94) is a nice player on Edina. Also don't know if he's considered the best on the team.
Since they faced off last night maybe someone can tell us who the most impressive 3-4 players on the ice were.

That's tough to say.....IMO, it's pretty tough to say that one kid is the best player in all of Bantam A.

I agree, he is a nice player. But he's also on a very good team. Can he dominate play without such a good supporting cast?? Time will tell.

I saw this player a few weeks ago in a game. What impressed me was he creates 2-3 scoring opportunities every time he and his team mates entered the offense zone.

Number 9 from Minnetonka Bantam A is a player. Great stickhandling and Speed.
He is really good around the corners, when i watched him play in the game to go to state, and made his line look really good. They lost the game but he worked really hard and showed a lot of potential.
Number 23 for Duluth is a brick wall out there and when he is mad is good

Tyler Tomberlin from Andover Bantam 'A' is quite then player , fast , great hands , and a shot. hes not to big probably about 5 9 150 lbs. but hes a real good player.
Also Nic Simpson from Blaine Bantam 'A' is a very good player. One of the fastest kids on the ice , hard shot , and his hands are good. My Guess he will be playing a regular shift on Blaine varsity in the 2011-2012 season.
Another Kid I like is Nate Weber from Rogers Bantam 'A' , He is a very , very good player his hands, speed, shot , size and physical play are outstanding. I can see Him playing 1st line next year varsity in the 2011-2012 season and contributing greatly to his team.

Yes , as i have played with tyler tomberlin for my whole life and been able to play on his line makes it very fun.
Chase springman is very good as i have watched before. he didnt do much against us i think he had 1 assist for the two games we plaued against them but they did only score 2 goals in both games , we shut them out one game and beat them 5 to 2 the next. 3 to 0 was the final the first game but your correct , very good player.
Another very good player is jake dremko who played with chase the whole year , he is a first year and had many points. he is a first year and will cary elk river next year.
