Although the coaches minions in the stands seem to follow suit, it clearly shows "the speed of the leader is the speed of the pac".
I feel sorry for the 12 year old kids who are subject the teachings of a radical extremist coach.
I WISH THEIR KIDS THE BEST OF LUCK AGAINST WAYZATA TOMORROW!
sounds like the tool that coached team torpso for the bernster this summer. Associations need to be more aware of who they are handing the keys too

u must have been the parent who came to the STMA bench and said "you have already lost so call the kids off" so should a coach stop coaching even though the game is lost? NO , we still have more games to play...Should we stop hitting because were down NO...we took a bad penalty (which was the right call) for a 2&10 and you scored 5 goals then with STMA's best forward in the box...
You won the game and deserved to...stop complaining because your kids had to play til the end...
I wish ur team all the luck and hopefully we can win a few games and play you again... because we will body up(hopefully)

Never in my 7 years of watching my kids play have I seen a bigger bunch of whiners than the Burnsville fans. Minions you calls us - it looks like the B on your teams crest stands for b_ _ _ _ _ ! I saw 2 non penalty calls tonight against the baby boys that could have been checking from behinds but because of the size, i guess they weren't called.
STMA is one of the only teams in the state to not lose a fair play point this year, so to call one of the best coaches in the state a goon is absolutely disrespectful.
STMADUN - I hope your boys get their a_ _ kicked by Edina tomorrow so we have another shot at your midget team and we can show you what body up is all about. You should shut your mouth instead of fanning the flames.

that's nothing new--BV fans have always been terrible. My sond team has had the displeasure of playing BV the last couple of years in Tournaments--some of the worst I've ever seen. Dosen't matter the level--all the same.

Classy reply. Just as I expected. Running your mouths just like at the game. You can't hit what you can't catch. I am sure that your kids will love the smack talk from their parents and will take the lead and Play the same type of game. Finally the best coach in the state would have realized that the game was out of reach and stopped yelling at the top of his voice to "BODY UP". The trees were out there for the majority of the last part of the game running around trying to do his dirty deed. It is a shame that an up and coming program like STMA is getting that reputation all the way down to your squirt team.

your right "you can't hit what you can't catch" and obviously STMA was able to catch or they wouldn't have been able to hit and you wouldn't be here whining. So either your saying your kids are slow or the STMA kids are just as fast. Which is it?
I seem to remember that anytime a kid from STMA went to the box at the end of the game that there was a kid from Burnsville going to the box also.
Good luck today...

It’s obvious this is the first time you have played this team. This is their style of hockey, your not that special to have gotten special treatment last night. They played like this all year, it’s what they do.
Toughen up a little bit, I bet you are a proponent of no checking??

Heard luverne won. Is it true they only have 9 skaters? Either way sounds
Like their next stop will be at BIG for the state tourney.

That's cute that you think that. Rosemount should be an impossible challenge. Which, by the way, had the surprise score of the day only beating Northfield 3-0.

As an impartial observer of the STMA vs. B'ville game I would say this is unfortunate for B'ville to have such a tool of a fan. Their is no doubt that the post from STMADUN was the drunk fan yelling at the STMA coaches the last five minutes of the game. His wife and other fans were obviously embarrassed by his actions and he was told to be quite by them. I was impressed that STMA played hard to the end in such a one sided game. The only time it got rough was when B'villed would crash the net and slash the goalie and with any good team appropriate action was taken. My son's team would also make sure the slasher ended up on his butt. The ref made the right call and took them both.
The only thing worse than a sore loser is a classless winner. I think once STMADUN sleeps off his hangover he will most likely apologize and retract his words. Good luck to both teams the rest of the weekend.

Goalie stood on his head - shots were 40-8 or similar.

It takes more than 1 win to move on and more than 1 loss to go home.. Good Luck to all teams and remember its kids hockey the game is played on the ice, not in the stands or on a internet blog..

Relax, Blaze parent. This afternoon, Wayzata will play STMA. Wayzata can play a very physical game and their coach is not afraid to tell his players to play the body, so this should be a good, physical game. My prediction is STMA's season will be over this afternoon. Wayzata should easily win this game.

STMA coaching staff is the biggest clown show I have seen in all my years of youth hockey. STMA has no where near the talent / hockey knowledge (from the coaches) that BV does. The only reason they might be able to stay in a game with BV is that they are bigger and stronger. Its like a PWA team playing a BB2 team. Over the course of the game the smarter / more skilled / more play making team will win. Someone should tell the STMA coaches that if they want a chance to win against a top team similar to BV that they need to move the puck and make plays not just try to "body up" and win a NFC North football game.
